The security check is designed for owners who want peace of mind while they’re away. During each visit we check that doors and windows are locked and in good condition, look for any signs of unauthorized entry, damage after storms, and general risk indicators (e.g. open access points, visible damage, unusual changes around the property). After every check we send a photo report and a clear status, and where needed we suggest concrete next steps.
An added value of our service is the expertise of our field team: the people who visit properties have many years of police experience, with a combined total of over 25 years among our staff, which raises the level of risk assessment and the ability to recognize suspicious situations.
Security checks are included in all visit packages (Basic/Standard/Premium), while additional or emergency interventions outside the agreed package are handled as needed — in the Premium package one emergency intervention is included, with the rest charged according to the current price list and by prior agreement.
