Property Walkthroughs

Regular property walkthroughs are the simplest way to prevent breakdowns and unpleasant surprises while you’re away. According to an agreed schedule, we visit the property, check key points (damp and leaks, water and electricity, doors/windows, air conditioning/ventilation), and record any changes to the interior and exterior.
After every visit we send a short report with photos and a clear status: what’s fine, what needs monitoring, and what requires action. If a problem arises, with your approval we arrange a tradesperson, coordinate the work, and monitor progress — so you always stay in control, no matter where you are.
