Property Walkthrough

Depending on the selected package, we carry out property visits, condition checks, and completion of agreed tasks.

property cleaning

Property cleaning is included in the selected packages, and is also available on request as an additional service.

Interior and exterior maintenance

Our team, with more than 10 years of experience maintaining the grounds and gardens of luxury villas, is available to you according to your chosen service package.

Security check

During each visit we carry out a security check and inspection of the property. As part of the Premium package, we also provide passive monitoring via your security system, with the option of coordinating with the police if needed.

  • 2 visits per month.

  • Weekly property visit.
  • Photo report after each visit.
  • Check of interior and exterior condition.
  • Weekly grounds maintenance.
  • One emergency call-out included.
  • Organization and execution of required work.
  • Property preparation for owner’s arrival.

* Additional and emergency interventions outside the package are charged according to the current price list.

* For multiple properties or special requirements (e.g. pool maintenance, additional visits, etc.) we prepare an individual offer.
