Interior and exterior maintenance ensures your property stays tidy, safe, and in good condition throughout the year, even when you’re not using it. According to an agreed plan, we carry out basic checks and minor work inside the property (airing rooms, checking for damp, inspecting installations and equipment, small repairs), as well as outdoor tasks such as checking the façade and windows/doors, terrace/balcony, drainage, and the general condition of the grounds.
If we notice a problem or the need for major work, we notify you promptly, send photos and a proposed solution, and with your approval we arrange and supervise contractors. Additional work outside the agreed package is carried out as needed and charged according to the current price list.
