As part of this service we can organize and carry out:
• Regular cleaning (weekly, biweekly, or monthly – as agreed), so the property is always tidy and ready.
• Cleaning before the owner’s arrival – preparing the space (more thorough cleaning and final checks), so you arrive to a fully ready and pleasant property.
• Cleaning as needed – additional interventions outside the regular schedule (e.g. after a longer period of non-use, after works, after a storm, or upon your request).
All additional and emergency services outside the agreed package are charged according to the current price list, with prior notice and agreement.
